FUE Eyebrow Transplant Cost: Pricing and Results at Beyond Stem Cells Med Spa in 2026

FUE Eyebrow Transplant Cost

What to Expect in 2026

Your eyebrows frame your face and shape how the world sees you. When they're sparse from years of over-plucking, hormonal changes, or genetics, it affects more than just your appearance—it changes how you see yourself in the mirror each morning.

Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) eyebrow transplantation gives you a permanent fix. We take individual hair follicles from the back of your scalp and place them precisely where your brows need volume. The same technique works beautifully for hair restoration and beard work, giving you natural results that last a lifetime.

Let's talk about what this actually costs.

What You'll Pay

At Beyond Stem Cells Med Spa, we charge $3.50 per graft for FUE procedures. We believe in straightforward pricing—no surprises, no hidden fees. Your total depends on how many grafts you need to get the look you want.

Here's what most people need:

Light touch-up or filling patches: 150–250 grafts per brow (300–500 total)

Cost: $1,050–$1,750 for both brows

Building more volume: 250–350 grafts per brow (500–700 total)

Cost: $1,750–$2,450 for both brows

Full reconstruction or bold arches: 350–400+ grafts per brow (700–800+ total)

Cost: $2,450–$2,800+ for both brows

These numbers include your procedure, local anesthesia, and the care you need right after. Your first consultation is free—whether you come to our offices in Littleton or Las Vegas, or meet with us virtually.

Why FUE Works

FUE doesn't leave scars the way older methods did. There's no strip of skin removed, no linear scar to hide. You can wear your hair however you want, and no one will know you had work done.

We use the AuraGraft™ system, which keeps more of your grafts healthy during the procedure. This means better growth rates—usually over 95% of transplanted hairs take root and grow.

Dr. Richard Beams, Dr. Gregory Caputy, and Dr. Neville Campbell lead our team. They've added regenerative treatments—exosomes, stem cell enrichment—that help your new brow hairs thrive. You're not just getting transplanted follicles. You're getting hair that grows stronger because we've improved the environment it's growing in.

The Real Comparison

Microblading costs less up front—$500 to $1,200. But you'll pay $300 to $600 every year or two for touch-ups, and it never looks quite like real hair.

Brow serums and tinting? That's $50 to $150 every month, forever.

FUE costs more initially, but you pay once. After that, your brows just grow. Trim them when needed, shape them if you want. That's it.

People tell us the best part isn't even how the brows look. It's not thinking about their brows anymore. No pencils, no powders, no checking the mirror in different lighting to make sure everything's even.

Beyond Eyebrows

The same technique works for beards and scalp hair:

Beard work: 500–1,500 grafts to fill patches or create definition

Cost: $1,750–$5,250

Hair restoration: 1,000–3,000+ grafts depending on your goals

Cost: $3,500–$10,500+

We price everything at $3.50 per graft. You can add regenerative treatments if you want faster healing or better density.

What Affects Your Price

Your anatomy matters. Face shape, existing hair, how thick your donor area is—all of this changes how many grafts you need.

Add-ons are optional:

  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): $500–$800
  • Exosome Therapy: $800–$1,200
  • Stem Cell Enrichment: $1,000–$2,000

If you're traveling to see us, you'll have hotel and flight costs. We work with nearby hotels to get you better rates.

We offer financing through CareCredit and Alphaeon. Payments can start around $99 a month if you qualify.

What the Process Looks Like

You'll come in for a consultation first. We'll look at your face, talk about what you want, and figure out exactly what will work for your features. We use 3D imaging to show you what's possible.

The procedure takes 3 to 5 hours. You're awake but numb—local anesthesia handles any discomfort. Most people go back to work in a couple of days.

We give you a recovery kit and check in with you at one week, three months, and six months. The transplanted hairs will shed in the first few weeks—that's normal. New growth starts around month four. By nine to twelve months, you'll see the final result.

After that, nothing. Your transplanted hairs act like regular brow hairs. They grow, you trim them. That's the maintenance.

Current Wait Times

Bold, full brows are having a moment in 2025. More people are booking procedures, which means longer wait times. If you're serious about this, schedule at least two to three months out. We see patients at both locations and virtually, depending on what works for you.

Who This Works For

FUE eyebrow restoration helps if you have:

  • Thin brows from years of plucking or waxing
  • Hair loss from thyroid problems, menopause, or PCOS
  • Scars from injuries or old procedures
  • Naturally sparse or uneven brows

We'll tell you during your consultation if you're a good candidate. Not everyone is, and we'd rather be honest than take your money for something that won't work.

Next Steps

The consultation is free. Come to Littleton, Las Vegas, or talk to us online. We'll walk you through exactly what you'd need, what it would cost, and what your results would look like.

Visit beyondstemcells.com or call us any day of the week. We're here to answer questions, not to pressure you.

Your brows should make you feel good when you look in the mirror. If they don't right now, let's fix that.
