Dr. Michael Robert Iannotti, MD

Supervising Physician

Dr. Iannotti is board certified and re-certified in Family Medicine, and works as a med spa supervising physician. His practice centres on highly personalised medical and aesthetic care, and he spends real time on one-to-one education with patients rather than handing over a procedure and a leaflet.

His clinical range is unusually broad, which matters in regenerative medicine because the same patient may need an orthopaedic assessment, an aesthetic one, and a metabolic one in the same conversation.

Ken Farrell, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Ken Farrell is a physician assistant whose medical career spans nearly five decades. After graduating high school in 1977, he became an EMT in 1978, completed paramedic training at St. Anthony Hospital in 1981, and served 15 years as a Denver paramedic in the 911 system. During that time, he also worked professional ski patrol at Loveland Basin and completed Level 1 avalanche rescue training.

After college at Mesa College and San Diego State, he entered the PA program at Charles R. Drew University of Science and Medicine. Over 26 years as a PA, he has worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, family practice, internal medicine, pain management, and addiction medicine — including urgent-care work at Kaiser as an independent contractor and emergency department work at UCLA and other hospitals. He has managed a pain clinic, treated addiction with methadone and buprenorphine/Suboxone, and now performs stem cell, PRP, and exosome joint injections. His background also includes BLS, ACLS, PALS, DOT medical examiner work, hormone therapy, and GLP-1 treatment. Outside medicine, he has worked as a personal trainer and has climbed all of Colorado’s original 54 fourteeners.

Dr. Neville Campbell, MD, MBA

Anesthesiologist & Pain Management Physician

Dr. Campbell is an anesthesiologist and pain management physician. Pain management is the discipline that sits directly behind regenerative joint work — it is the specialty concerned with why a joint hurts and what actually changes that, rather than with the imaging alone.
